We are offering an exciting opportunity in Twinsburg, Ohio for an HR Generalist with expertise in Human Resources Administration. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks pertaining to human resources management, ensuring smooth operations within our workplace. This is a direct hire position with standard Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM business hours. It is an in office position. The ideal candidate would have 2-3+ years of Human Resources experience.


Responsibilities

• Handle HR administration tasks with precision and efficiency

• Play a key role in the onboarding process by facilitating new employee orientation and training

• Respond promptly to HR-related inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance

• Keep track of employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date and correctly filed

• Contribute to the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures

• Assist in maintaining compliance with DOT regulations

• Act as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating open and effective communication

• Participate in HR projects, providing valuable input and executing tasks as required.

• Prior experience in Human Resources or a similar role is necessary.

• Proficiency in Human Resources Administration is a must.

• Familiarity with HR software and HRIS systems is beneficial.

• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
