Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain all machines and facilities within our plant. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing regular preventive maintenance on all electrical, mechanical, and other equipment, detecting and repairing any defects or malfunctions, and refurbishing equipment to OEM specifications.
Responsibilities- Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM) on all electrical, mechanical, and other equipment.
- Detect and immediately repair any defects and malfunctions, refurbishing to OEM specifications.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for feedback on machinery and equipment functionality.
- Report all defects, damages, parts used, and time on the job in the CMMS system.
- Comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Participate in safety training and safety teams.
- Complete all tasks as delegated by the supervising authority.
- Effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines.
- Respond to fellow employees with respect and honesty.
- Assist other maintenance members when necessary; teaching others may be required.
- Over 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Three-phase 480v troubleshooting experience.
- Understanding the difference between reactive and preventative maintenance.
- Ability to prioritize maintenance calls.
- In-depth troubleshooting knowledge.
- CNC maintenance experience.
- Maintenance certifications.
- PLC troubleshooting experience.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a plant that manufactures hydraulic systems for the RV industry. The facility includes a large CNC department, anodizing line, assembly lines, and a research and development department. The work hours are 1st Shift, from 5 am to 1:30 pm, totaling roughly 40-45 hours a week.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Goshen, Indiana.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00
