Pay Rate: Up to $43.75/hr

Job Description:
An exciting opportunity is available for a Financial Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting accounting and reporting functions across multiple divisions. This role will focus on the Cable divisions, managing key financial accounting tasks such as accounts payable processing, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Accounts Payable invoices for marketing spend using SAP and M360

  • Perform general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations in accordance with company accounting policies

  • Assist with system implementation tasks, including user access testing and integration for new systems such as M360, including budget reflows, invoice processing, and actuals reporting

  • Support monthly and quarterly close processes

  • Assist management with ad hoc requests and special projects

  • Review and update business process procedures to improve efficiency

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable

  • 1+ years of month-end close, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting experience

  • Strong SAP experience, especially in Accounts Payable related activities

  • Proficient in Excel with advanced spreadsheet skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail and follow-through

  • Quick to adapt, learn new tasks independently, and thrive in a team-oriented environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EDP report experience is a plus

  • Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred

Education Requirements:

  • Required: High school degree

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field



Pay Details: $40.00 to $43.75 per hour
