Part-Time School-Based Psychologist
Location: St. Matthews, South Carolina
Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Part-Time School-Based Psychologist to join our educational team in St. Matthews, South Carolina. This flexible position begins immediately and is ideal for a professional looking to make a meaningful impact on student success. The role involves traveling between school sites and collaborating with the existing school psychologist to support student evaluations and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial psychological evaluations and assessments for students as needed.
  • Collaborate with the school psychologist and multidisciplinary teams to develop recommendations and strategies for student support.
  • Travel between school sites within the district to meet the needs of students and staff.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
  • Provide consultation to educators and parents regarding students social, emotional, and academic needs.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Flexible scheduling: Candidates can create their own work schedule in collaboration with the district.
  • Pay: $40/hour, with opportunities for growth based on experience and contributions.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid South Carolina certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience conducting psychological evaluations in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel between school sites.
