As a leader in the manufacture of  high-quality products. We are currently seeking a skilled Specialized CNC/PNC Metal Spinning Shop Floor Associate to join our team.

Primary Function: This role will involve setting up and operating specialized metal spinning equipment, specifically Leifeld CNC/PNC lathes. These machines are crucial for manufacturing production tooling and parts in sheet metal spin and deep draw forming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Program and operate PNC/CNC metal spinning machines, with experience on Leifeld Spinning Machines being advantageous.
  • Set up CNC/PNC machines for optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Utilize micrometers, calipers, and other quality control equipment to ensure precision and adherence to specifications.
  • Support daily production activities as directed by supervisors or senior managers.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not entail direct supervisory duties.

  • Demonstrate punctuality, time management skills, and a strong work ethic.
  • Be team-oriented with a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
  • Possess mechanical and/or electrical aptitude essential for operating and maintaining CNC/PNC equipment.
