What You'll Do:

  • Deliver targeted speech therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
  • Conduct evaluations and develop personalized intervention plans tailored to each student's goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create a holistic approach to student development
  • Track and document progress, adjusting strategies to ensure continued student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input to guide student support strategies

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Maryland SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • ASHA CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in school settings is advantageous but not required
