LHH has partnered with a healthcare company in Flint, MI and is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team. This role begins as a 3-6 month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent, though this is not guaranteed. Initially, the position will be fully onsite for training purposes, after which it will transition to a hybrid work arrangement (2 days remote, 3 days onsite).

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Perform 3-way matching of invoices.

  • Handle an anticipated invoice volume of at least 100 per week per person.

  • Obtain necessary approvals for invoice payments.

  • Manage ACH transactions, which constitute 90% of payables

  • Assist with month-end accounts payable tasks.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of accounts payable experience preferred.

  • A degree is not required, though some college coursework is preferred.

  • Experience in healthcare or non-profit sectors is preferred but not mandatory.



Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
