Job Description
As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for using a Raymond cherry picker to accurately pick orders displayed on a screen. You will use an RF scan gun to scan products, ensuring accuracy. Additionally, you will pack and palletize orders, adhering to proper procedures for handling and marking pallets for shipment. You will also receive incoming products, accurately identify and break down materials, note discrepancies, and prepare products for storage. Your tasks will include conducting cycle counts, verifying bin locations, and consolidating inventory as needed. This role involves 70% order picking and 30% receiving.
Responsibilities- Use a Raymond cherry picker to pick orders displayed on a screen.
- Utilize an RF scan gun to scan products for accuracy.
- Pack and palletize orders following proper procedures.
- Receive incoming products in accordance with warehouse management system processes.
- Identify and break down material, note discrepancies, and prepare products for storage.
- Conduct cycle counts and verify bin locations.
- Consolidate inventory as needed.
- Experience with cherry pickers.
- Proficiency with RF scan guns.
- Experience in order picking, receiving, packing, and material handling.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack.
- Attention to detail for product accuracy and discrepancy noting.
- Stand-up forklift experience is a plus.

Work EnvironmentYou will work from 7am to 4pm with one unpaid hour for lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks. Steel-toed boots that go above the ankle are required, and you must wear pants without holes or frays and a shirt with sleeves (t-shirt, long sleeve, or sweatshirt). You will be part of a team of about 10 people in a large distribution/warehouse environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
