Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are searching for a Director of Brand Advertising to join our team in the hospitality industry, based in Coachella, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of advertising strategies and campaigns, overseeing internal and external design teams, and managing relationships with media agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and support team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills, tools, and resources to complete their jobs effectively.
• Manage the development and execution of internal and external communications, including conventional media and web advertising.
• Supervise the relationship with external media buying agencies and oversee web development.
• Be responsible for the annual budget development, reconciliation, and reporting of advertising and sponsorship budgets.
• Develop and monitor an in-house production system to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate advertising buys and placements across various platforms such as television, radio, newspapers, magazines, outdoor signage, and digital media.
• Collaborate with department directors and VPs on project development and assist in execution.
• Oversee sponsor relationships to maximize potential property exposure and explore cross-marketing opportunities with vendors and partners.
• Monitor advertising trends of competitor properties in the area and maintain excellent communications with all Directors and Managers.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all internal control standards.
• Coordinate and supervise the training, assignments, and development of subordinates.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Facebook Insights, Google AdWords, Google Analytics
• Experience with advertisements, brand awareness, and campaign planning
• Knowledge of collateral management and digital advertising
• Strong team management skills
• Ability to make difficult decisions in a fair and honest manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Proven experience in a similar role within the Hospitality industry
• Proficiency in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights
• Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in managing digital advertising campaigns
• Demonstrable experience in increasing brand awareness through effective advertising strategies
• Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate advertising campaigns
• Experience in managing advertising collateral
• Proven track record in team management and leadership
• Strong understanding and experience with digital advertising practices and techniques
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights to inform advertising strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
