RPh on the Go is actively searching for an Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist willing to work in Doylestown, PA. This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, day shift. Schedules offered in this role do allow some flexibility as well. If you are a proficient Pharmacist, with recent Inpatient experience, and are interested in a new opportunity, apply today

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Rounds: Attend morning rounds to provide guidance on psychotropic and other relevant medications, therapeutic drug monitoring (e.g., Lithium, Depakote), and metabolic monitoring.
Liaison Duties: Act as a liaison with Polaris, our Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy, to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely and consistent medication access.
Administrative Functions:
o Data auditing
o Chairperson for Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) Committee
o Participation in Pain Management and Antimicrobial Stewardship programs
o Attendance at Medical Executive Committee (MEC) meetings
TJC Preparation and Compliance:
o Conduct monthly med room inspections
o Support in maintaining compliance with TJC standards (inspection window expected around February)

Requirements :
Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
Inpatient pharmacy and behavioral health experience (PGY-2 preferred)
Proficiency in Excel for data management and familiarity with TJC standards
Ability to function as a clinical pharmacist in patient rounds, with experience in ordering lab work and supporting therapeutic drug monitoring
