Location: Cincinnati, OH
Salary: $30 to $40+ per hour (Competitive Rate)
Employment Type: W2, Weekly Direct Deposit

As an Intervention Specialist in Cincinnati, you'll work with students who require specialized support to succeed academically and socially. Youll be responsible for developing and implementing tailored learning strategies, providing targeted instruction, and helping students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Individualized Instruction: Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that address the unique learning needs of students.
- Academic Support: Provide direct instruction and support in subjects where students need help, adapting lessons to meet various learning styles.
- Collaborate: Work alongside general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff to foster an inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive.
- Monitor Student Progress: Regularly track and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to ensure that all students are meeting their academic goals.
- Behavioral and Emotional Support: Utilize positive behavioral interventions to create a safe, supportive, and effective classroom environment.
- Engage Families: Regularly communicate with families to provide updates on student progress and collaborate on strategies to support learning at home.
- Make a Meaningful Impact: Help students who need additional support to succeed academically and socially, making a lasting difference in their lives.
