TLC East Nursing & Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing home located in Temple, Texas. They offer short-term rehabilitation for patients recovering from surgery or illness, long-term care for ongoing health needs, and specialized memory care programs. TLC East focuses on individualized care, clinical capabilities, and restoring dignity for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications:

  • Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
