Job Description

We are looking for a skilled machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC setup on Mills and Lathes (Haas VF2, VM2, VM3) machines. In this role, you will be responsible for running multiple setups per week and handling parts production ranging from 30 to 300 pieces. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn and operate Wire EDM machines. This position will play a lead role, working closely with other machinists to support and get the 2nd shift up and running.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes (Haas VF2, VM2, VM3) machines.
• Perform multiple setups per week for parts production ranging from 30 to 300 pieces.
• Learn and operate Wire EDM machines.
• Work with Fanuc controllers on smaller parts.
• Lead and collaborate with a team of machinists to support 2nd shift operations.

Essential Skills

• Experience with CNC Mills and Lathes.
• Proficient in CNC setup and operating Haas machines.
• Knowledge of Fanuc controllers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a job shop environment.
• Ability to work with smaller parts.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
