JOB SUMMARY: Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs and other engine and driveline- related performance components.
You will be a key part of our team with responsibility for our warehousing activities. We require a multi-talented and flexible person that can handle a wide variety of shipping, receiving, picking, and packing functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensure work procedures are being followed, and expedite workflow.
· Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
· Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
· Inspect products for defects and damages.
· Receive, unload, and place incoming material.
· Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
· Conduct physical inventory.
· Trouble shoot errors to eliminate the possibility of occurring again.
· Contribute to the daily output of the department.
· Communication and team work within and outside the department.
· Follow company safety protocol.
· Knowledge of UPS Worldship.
· Loading and unloading tractor trailers.

Requirements:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education: High school or GED desired
Experience: 1+ years of Shipping and Receiving experience preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Not applicable
Computer Skills: UPS Worldship experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform very basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing two-digit numbers; to perform the four basic arithmetic operations with money; to perform operations with units such as inch, foot, and yard; ounce and pound (or their metric counterparts). Must be able to analyze and solve problems in a logical manner with a high degree of problem summarization for reporting purposes.
Analytical or Reasoning Abilities: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed instructions.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Must be able to communicate with both management and non-management associates.
