Machine Operator
$18-20/hr dependent upon experience + 10% shift differential
- 2nd shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:00pm - 1:00am
CPS Recruitment is partnering with an East Syracuse based company to find Machine Operators to join their team

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Set up and operate screw machines to produce parts to specification
- Inspection / Quality Control
- Ensure stock does not run out
- Continuously clean out chips
- Monitor condition of machine and report needed repairs
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 year of Screw Machine or CNC experience preferred, but will train
- General computer skills with the ability to learn SAP
- Ability to use micrometers and calipers
- Proficient in reading blueprints and job instructions
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED
