Under the supervision of the Superintendent this position supervises and coordinates the daily activities of workers involved in creating plaster models, molds and pressing veneers. Additional duties include but not limited to: Interview train, mentor, and evaluate staff; Monitor the quality of plaster models, molds, and pressed products to ensure they meet company standards; Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and more.
Requires: HS Diploma or equivalent, basic reading, writing and mathematical skills. Able to communicate efficiently both verbally and in writing; able to follow directions and instructions, read tape measures; Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
