Partners Personnel is currently seeking qualified Project Coordinator(s) for our client located in Decatur GA. Our client has continued grow, expand and acquire as they become a leader in their arena. Their reputation for helping their customers improve their brand in the marketplace is accomplished through technology powered printing and distribution, bridging the gap between digital and print, and taking a process from conception to execution.  This position will start with on site training for 2 weeks and with successful completion, will transition to a hybrid role of 2/3 weekly. Depending on experience and background it may be offered at a contract to hire or direct hire. The successful Project Coordinator will support the client’s growth strategy by optimizing order processing, customer interaction, and proving exemplary services above and beyond with their customers.

Accountabilities:

  • Proficient knowledge of the printing industry and supporting software
  • Owner of the order from start to finish
  • Accurately entering orders and information by verifying critical information and convert to a job by entering vital information for pre-press, production, ship/mailing, etc.
  • Check job for anything missing or incorrect information that would interfere with production and rework order if necessary
  • Outsource PO/ Order Entry – Process job to all involved departments
  • Problem Solving and Solutions
  • Prototyping (when applicable)
  • Send proofs to sales/clients for timely approvals
  • Update job status in systems
  • Kit Planning
  • Daily Sales, Production and Client Communication on all Programs/ jobs
  • Overcommunicate issues and hurdles
  • Daily follow up on job progress in each department to make sure projects stay on schedule
  • Prepare jobs for billing
  • Collaboration with Sales, Production and all parties to make sure client needs and goals are met
  • Insuring KPI’s are met or exceeded: meeting production goals, communication standard, account and detailed job/project information, project racking and scheduling, detail orientation, accuracy, multi-tasking, deadline management

Qualifications:

·       Degree preferred or like experience in printing account management, client management or similar.

·       MS Office full suite with heavy emphasis in Outlook and Excel(advanced, pivots)

·       Smartsheet

·       PACE

·       CRM- such as Salesforce

·       Well developed communications skill- verbal, written, phone and in person

·       Proven ability to multi-task, highly organized and detail oriented

·       Dedication to exceeding standards for excellence in client service, project coordination and working well with others- internal and external

As mentioned, this position will start in office and onsite and then shift to hybrid 2/3 weekly.
