Salary Range: $68,000 - $91,000
Start Date: Immediate

Job Duties

  • Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards.
  • Administer medications, perform clinical treatments, and collect specimens as required.
  • Monitor and document patient conditions and communicate effectively with the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, including transfers, discharges, and referrals.
  • Assess patient and family education needs, providing customized instructions and resources.
  • Act as an advocate for patients’ physical and emotional well-being.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
  • New graduates may work under a provisional Kentucky license for up to six months, with full licensure required within that timeframe.
