Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHIRING 2ND SHIFT - Electro-Mechanical Assembler - $20.50-22/HR

Company Overview: 

  • Manufacturing company that focuses on custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies for Aerospace/Military & Defense industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
  • Work with small parts and tools to complete assembly.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and techniques

Qualifications:

  • Hard Skills: Proficiency in reading and writing English.
  • Experience in electro-mechanical assembly (electrical wires) is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in a production environment assembling and handling small parts.
  • Strong ability to learn and apply new skills.
  • Soft Skills: Positive attitude.
  • High learning capacity.
  • Demonstrated aptitude and capability.
  • Strong drive and motivation.

Work Environment:

  • Climate-controlled, air-conditioned facility.
  • Clean and organized workspace.

Pay Rate:

  • $20.50-22/hr
  • Weekly pay
