Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Pine Valley, CA
Pay: Competitive rate of $40-47+ per hour
Employment Type: W2, Weekly direct deposit

Job Description:

  • Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling options

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students with communication disorders in Pine Valley.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess students speech and language abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting therapy approaches as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress.
  • Stay updated on best practices and research in speech-language pathology to provide high-quality services.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current California licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience working with students with diverse speech and language needs is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and colleagues.

  • Zoom Interview: In-depth discussion with the hiring team regarding your qualifications and fit for the role.
