Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Stoughton, MA

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide hands-on therapy services for a school district in Stoughton, MA. This position allows you to support students in their educational and physical development while working in a collaborative school setting.

Position Overview:
  • Role: Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
  • Location: Stoughton, MA
  • Schedule: Full-time, 7 hours per day (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
  • Duration: ASAP February 27, 2025
  • Caseload: Approximately 15 students
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide therapy services that support students' IEP goals and physical development
  • Collaborate with school teams, teachers, and parents to develop and implement IEP goals
  • Attend IEP meetings to present student progress and recommendations
  • Document student progress and ensure accurate reporting of services provided
  • Support students in achieving their physical goals and mobility needs in a school environment
Qualifications:
  • Active PT or PTA license in Massachusetts (required)
  • Experience working in school settings preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
