Position Title: Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving)

Location: Groveport, OH
Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Starting Pay: $21/hr

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team This role involves receiving and storing goods from fulfillment operations and vendors, as well as preparing outgoing products for shipment. Help us keep things moving with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and Store Goods: Safely handle and store components from fulfillment operations. Ensure items are properly labeled and securely placed on racks.
  • Material Handling & Shipment: Select, move, and stage materials for assembly or shipment. Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
  • Verify Shipments: Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and damage. Document and report any discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records using our inventory management systems.
  • Safety First: Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all company safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Team Support: Flexible and collaborative, assist with various warehouse tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks). Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong reading, writing, and math skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of lifting and moving products up to 50 lbs. Requires walking, standing, and bending for extended periods.
  • Work Ethic: Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to teamwork.
