We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Onsite School Psychologist to join our team in Dublin, OH, for the 2024-2025 school year. This role involves managing a caseload of 70-80 students, conducting evaluations, preparing reports, and collaborating with the Special Education team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for a caseload of 70-80 students.
- Prepare detailed and accurate evaluation reports to guide intervention and support strategies.
- Collaborate with the Special Education team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavioral plans.
- Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and planning.
- Provide consultation and support to teachers and staff regarding students psychological and behavioral needs.
- Maintain and manage confidential student records, ensuring compliance with district policies and regulations.
- Utilize a district-provided laptop for managing documentation, reports, and communication.
Requirements:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Valid School Psychologist certification in the state of Ohio.
- Proven experience in conducting psychological evaluations, preparing reports, and collaborating with Special Education teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a substantial caseload effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using technology for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
