We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Onsite School Psychologist to join our team in Dublin, OH, for the 2024-2025 school year. This role involves managing a caseload of 70-80 students, conducting evaluations, preparing reports, and collaborating with the Special Education team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for a caseload of 70-80 students.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate evaluation reports to guide intervention and support strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Special Education team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavioral plans.
  • Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and planning.
  • Provide consultation and support to teachers and staff regarding students psychological and behavioral needs.
  • Maintain and manage confidential student records, ensuring compliance with district policies and regulations.
  • Utilize a district-provided laptop for managing documentation, reports, and communication.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Valid School Psychologist certification in the state of Ohio.
  • Proven experience in conducting psychological evaluations, preparing reports, and collaborating with Special Education teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a substantial caseload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in using technology for documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
