Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for production according to recipes and directions.
• Assist with food production, including cooking duties.
• Participate in food preparation and portioning, including cutting and cleaning a variety of fruits, vegetables, and proteins using a knife and/or cutting machines.
• Produce food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events.
• Follow production sheets, portioning, and merchandising details as instructed by management.
• Follow all recipes and guidelines while meeting production deadlines.
• Ensure consistent quality on all product items.
• Taste all food prepared for station to ensure flavor, freshness, and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized station.

The pay range for this position is $24.95 - $24.95
