Job Details:

• Special Needs Paraprofessional
• Assist students with special needs in classroom and school activities.
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under teacher supervision.
• Support daily living skills and personal care tasks as needed.
• Facilitate communication between students and teachers, and among students.
• Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Adapt instructional materials and methods to accommodate diverse learning needs.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to foster a positive learning environment.
