Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Role Lake Ketchum, WA

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a great school district in Lake Ketchum, WA, and we're looking for a committed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2024-2025 school year. If youre passionate about supporting student growth in a positive learning environment, we encourage you to apply. Experience in a school setting is helpful but not necessary.

Job Overview:

  • Full-time position, 32.5 hours per week
  • Ideal for individuals with a background in behavioral or educational work
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior intervention strategies
  • Assist students in improving academic, social, and life skills
  • Address students' behavioral and emotional needs

Qualifications:

  • RBT certification or equivalent experience as a paraeducator
  • Must pass a thorough background check
  • Reliable transportation is required
