Location: Key West, FL (Lower Keys)
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week (approximately 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
Start Date: ASAP for the remainder of the school year

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-person behavioral support to K-12 students in the Key West area. The position may require occasional travel to Key Largo for support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective behavioral interventions.
  • Conduct FBAs and create PBSPs.
  • Work collaboratively with educational staff and families.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to teachers.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • BCBA certification is mandatory.
  • Willingness to drive to Key Largo as needed.
