Crown & Raine is seeking a talented and passionate Head Spa Therapist who is also skilled in providing professional blowout services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of scalp health, head spa techniques, and an eye for detail when it comes to styling hair. $15 - $20 hourly

• Perform a variety of Japanese-inspired head spa treatments, including scalp detoxes, scalp massages, deep conditioning treatments, and other scalp care services to promote hair health and relaxation.
• Provide high-quality blowout services, ensuring each client leaves with beautifully styled hair that meets their desired look.
• Consult with clients to assess their scalp and hair care needs, recommending appropriate treatments and products.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and inviting spa and styling area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and products related to scalp health and hairstyling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and a high level of client satisfaction.
• Assist in retailing hair care products by providing personalized recommendations based on client needs.
• Collaborate with the Crown & Raine team to create a seamless, relaxing, and luxurious experience for all clients.

• Licensed cosmetologist in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in head spa treatments or similar scalp therapies is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in blowout techniques and styling for a variety of hair types.
• Passion for hair care and scalp health, with a commitment to ongoing education and skill development.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and providing a luxurious experience.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills to tailor services to client preferences.
