Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week contract in Pikeville, KY. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced cardiac catheterization lab, assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures. The ideal candidate must be proficient in operating Cath Lab equipment, managing patient care during procedures, and collaborating with the healthcare team. This role includes rotational call coverage, including weekends.

Responsibilities:

Assist physicians with cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and other interventional procedures
Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies
Operate and maintain Cath Lab equipment
Prepare and maintain sterile fields
Document procedures accurately
Requirements:

ARRT or RCIS certification required
BLS and ACLS certifications required (American Heart Association)
Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience
Experience with interventional radiology preferred
Ability to take on-call shifts, including weekends
