Volt is immediately hiring an Order Processing Representative in Sherwood, OR.

 

As an Order Processing Representative you will: 

  • Answer customer emails and phone calls, to take customer orders and assist customer questions ( In regards to tracking, returns, address changes ) in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Applies knowledge of company products/services.
  • Calculate prices, discounts and proposals to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Maintains updated organized notes on customers.
  • Contacts customers in regards to returned orders and exchanges.
  • Cancels orders based on customer requests or inventory or delivery problems
  • Calculates purchase subtotals and shipping costs for submission to customers.
  • Maintain up to date tax exempt certificates for Cruise line customers and shipyards.
  • Receives and processes payments from customers, using electronic transaction services.
  • Documents order issues.
  • Maintains inventory of shipping supplies, such as boxes, labels, tape, bubble wrap, loose packing materials or tape guns.
  • Creates, manages or automates orders or invoices using order management software.
  • Receives, verifies, counts, separates and stocks all products shipments from vendors through UPS or Fed Ex
  • Conduct inventory counts
This is a full time opportunity 

Work Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Pay Rate: $24-$25hr

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
