Our Customer Service Representatives serve a critical role in our mission to provide that outstanding level of customer service by ensuring the customer’s experience and improve their relationship with the company. If you are energetic, organized, and solution-orientated, we would love to have you as part of our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Duties:

  • Answer inbound call volume
  • Track freight returns
  • Prep freight returns for claims
  • Create & process bill of lading returns with freight carriers & customers
  • Assist with chargebacks and BBB reporting
  • Find problem resolution with extended warranty issues
  • Data Entry

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous customer service preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work as a team player within the work environment
  • Ability to communicate and relay information properly
  • Ability to adapt to change easily
  • Ability to multi-task & set priorities
  • Positive attitude a plus

 As part of our team, Customer Service Representatives enjoy:
