Job Description

We are seeking skilled CNC Operators to join our dynamic team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for loading parts onto the machine and performing basic inspections upon completion. This position operates in a production environment where you will run the same parts repeatedly.

Responsibilities
  • Load parts onto the CNC machine.
  • Perform basic inspections of parts upon machine completion.
  • Operate CNC machines in a production environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with CNC machine operation.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Proficiency with micrometers and calipers.
  • Experience in quality inspection.
  • Experience in assembly and production.
  • Knowledge of mill, lathe, industrial saw, and press brake operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing settings.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a climate-controlled environment.

Work Environment

The work environment is extremely clean and climate-controlled. Candidates must be comfortable training on day shifts for an extended period and standing on their feet for the entire shift. Shifts available are 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, Sunday to Thursday.
