Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Restaurant Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and leading high-performing teams. This role is ideal for a proactive leader looking for a structured environment with unlimited growth opportunities within a corporate setting. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive team engagement, ensure food quality and safety standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and open availability to work varying shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet high operational standards.
  • Oversee food preparation, quality, and presentation to maintain brand integrity and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor food costs to maximize profitability.
  • Develop and execute training programs to foster team growth, productivity, and a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Perform cash handling, maintain accurate records, and conduct regular financial reporting.
  • Engage in local marketing efforts to enhance the restaurant’s presence and attract new customers.
  • Collaborate with upper management to implement company policies, improve processes, and achieve restaurant goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management, with a strong focus on guest service and operational excellence.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
  • Open availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling customer concerns.
  • Proficiency in restaurant software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
