A leading construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissioning Manager to join their team in Seattle, WA. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful startup and operation of complex water and wastewater systems on a large semi-conductor manufacturing project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project commissioning management and a thorough understanding of all aspects of Water/Wastewater Projects Commissioning. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the project Commissioning Program, ensuring alignment with subcontractor programs and project requirements.

  • Coordinate system startup activities with design professionals, subcontractors, local utility agencies, and clients to ensure timely and safe operations.

  • Conduct onsite inspections of delivered client Furnished Equipment and underground utilities, ensuring all safety precautions are in place.

  • Organize and facilitate training sessions for client personnel on the operations and maintenance of all systems.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (3) years of project commissioning management experience.

  • Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, E-Builder, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Primavera Project Planner (P6).

  • Strong understanding of medium and low voltage distribution, generators, UPS equipment, water quality panels/equipment, and chemical feed systems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent field work experience.

  • Compensation: $120K - $145K (DOE) + Bonus and Employee Stock Appreciation Units + per diem.
