COMPENSATION

The annual salary range is $65,000-$75,000 depending on experience. Discretionary bonus. Benefits include 100% paid medical/dental/vision for employee only plans with funding for an HSA, 401(k) with employer match, EAP, and quarterly wellness days

HOURS AND LOCATION

This is a hybrid role; you will be expected to work in the Denver office in the Lonetree, CO 2-3 days a week after training. Flexible schedules can be accommodated. (Please expect to be in the office full- time for the first month for training).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Performing general ledger tasks, including journal entries, cash transactions, and reconciliations

· Preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations

· Analyzing financial data and variances to identify insights and trends

· Supporting internal and external audits with required documentation

· Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls

· Assisting with system implementations and improvements in accounting practices

· Completing and filing sales & use tax returns, and obtaining necessary business licenses

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree, required

· 1-3 years of accounting experience

· Solid general-ledger accounting skills required

· Strong communication skills are mandatory

· Experience in real estate or multi-unit businesses is a plus

· Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions

· Strong attention to detail, flexible and reliable

· Ability to meet deadlines

· Willing to embrace change in a growing business

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
