Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders for inpatients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy
• Monitor drug interactions, dosages, and overall patient safety
• Provide medication counseling to medical staff and patients
• Ensure pliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards

Job Details:

• Shifts: Variable day/afternoon shifts, 10-hour shifts
• Start: ASAP
• Location: Indio, CA
• Setting: Inpatient
• Duration: 13 weeks (Temp-to-Hire option available)

Ideal Candidate:

• Active California Pharmacy License
• 1+ years of inpatient experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with Cerner and Omnicell systems is a plus
