Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify medication orders for inpatients
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy
- Monitor drug interactions, dosages, and overall patient safety
- Provide medication counseling to medical staff and patients
- Ensure pliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards
Job Details:
- Shifts: Variable day/afternoon shifts, 10-hour shifts
- Start: ASAP
- Location: Indio, CA
- Setting: Inpatient
- Duration: 13 weeks (Temp-to-Hire option available)
Ideal Candidate:
- Active California Pharmacy License
- 1+ years of inpatient experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with Cerner and Omnicell systems is a plus
