RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in a hospital setting in Alaska. The ideal candidate will hold a clear and active pharmacist license in any state and have inpatient pharmacy experience. Preferred candidates will have at least 2 years of experience or 1 year of postgraduate residency.

Shift: 1st

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical pharmacy services to optimize patient outcomes.
Review and verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and safety.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
Support inpatient pharmacy operations, including compounding and dispensing medications.

Qualifications:
Clear and active pharmacist license in any U.S. state.
Inpatient pharmacy experience required.
2 years of experience preferred or 1 year of postgraduate residency in a hospital setting.
