  • Experience supervising Production and Packaging Departments
  • Working knowledge of SQF, HACCP, OSHA, FDA, USDA and GMP's compliance and standards
  • Hands-on Floor Leader
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization
