Location: Altamonte Springs, FL
Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm.
Pay $20.00 - $21.00 hourly

Job Responsibilities
- Process billing for the infusion department
- Data entry of new patient registration
- Updating patient demographics in system
- Contracting insurance companies and patients regarding balances and past due claims
- Printing and mailing claims with medical records and all required docs
- Contacting patients and insurance companies regarding balances and past due claims
- Working Account Receivable reports within a medical billing setting

Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years + of medical billing experience within medical field
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD 10 coding
- Microsoft Office - Word and Excel

Skills
- Working independently and with team
- multitasking and pay attention to details
- Organization and time-management skills
- High volume data entry

EMR: Epic experience is a plus
