Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Virtual Position

VocoVisionis a leading provider of behavioral health services, specializing in applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized treatment to improve the lives of our students and their families.

Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a virtual capacity. The BCBA will provide supervision, training, and oversight to a team of behavior technicians while designing and implementing comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students receiving ABA therapy services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs and assessment results.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians, including regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to ensure coordinated care and consistent implementation of treatment goals.
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy services to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency with electronic data collection and record-keeping systems.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a virtual environment.

Location:This is a virtual position, allowing for remote work
