We are inviting applications for the role of IAM Director for a remote position. This role is within the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. As an IAM Director, you will be primarily tasked with overseeing the development, implementation, and management of the identity and access management strategy. This role is fundamental in ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the appropriate resources and information within our systems.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive IAM strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives and security requirements.
• Establish IAM policies, procedures, and standards to govern access controls, user provisioning, and identity verification processes.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of user identities, from user provisioning to deprovisioning, authentication, and access review processes.
• Collaborate with Security on access control policies and enforce least privilege principles to restrict access to sensitive data and resources based on user roles, responsibilities, and business needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal security policies related to identity management and access control.
• Build and lead a team of IAM professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and training to develop their skills and expertise in identity and access management.
• Evaluate third-party IAM solutions and manage vendor relationships effectively in collaboration with external vendors, service providers, and partners.
• Collaborate with Security to identify and mitigate security risks associated with identity and access management.
• Align the IAM program strategically with the overall business needs by driving meaningful collaboration and developing strategic financial budgets and operational plans.
• Build relationships with Client IAM teams to define processes and ensure appropriate controls are in place.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare, hospital, or social assistance industry• Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM)
• Experience with Azure Active Directory
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Modules
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions
• Experience with Backup Technologies
• Proficiency in handling Computer Hardware
• Experience negotiating and managing Contracts
• Proven track record of successful Deployments
• Experience providing Deskside Support
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
