Your Impact:
- Role: Full-time position within a dynamic school environment.
- Setting: Onsite, working with students across grades K-8.
- Caseload: Varies from 15-30 students, providing both general education and one-on-one therapy.
- Focus: Delivering both direct and indirect therapy services to enhance students' functional skills.
What You'll Do:
- Assess and Plan: Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Intervene and Support: Provide direct therapy sessions and collaborate on indirect services.
- Collaborate: Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy into students educational experiences.
- Monitor and Adjust: Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Engage: Deliver engaging therapy tailored to each student's needs.
A Day in the Life: Start your day by engaging with students and staff, focusing on assessing and addressing therapy needs. Mornings may involve one-on-one sessions or indirect services, while afternoons will be dedicated to therapy, collaboration with educators, and planning. Youll also participate in professional development and team meetings.
