Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Rackers to join our team. The Racker will play a critical role in preparing and positioning parts for manufacturing processes. Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic and be comfortable in a hands-on role that requires precision and attention to detail.

1st Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday | Pay: $19/hr

2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 1:30 am, Monday - Friday | Pay: $21/hr

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Carefully rack parts for the production process, ensuring all pieces are properly positioned.
• Inspect materials for quality and ensure they meet company standards before racking.

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as required.
• Previous racking or similar experience is required.
•  
• Safely load and unload parts from racks to support production flow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
