Job Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced distribution center. In this role, you will use RF gun technology to pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. This position requires operating various warehouse equipment, including the Taylor Dunn stock chaser, dock stocker, cherry picker, and reach truck. The job involves significant physical activity and walking, requiring stamina and efficiency to meet production metrics.

Responsibilities
  • Pick orders using RF gun technology and place items into totes.
  • Operate the Taylor Dunn stock chaser to navigate the distribution center.
  • Walk aisles to pick smaller items using the RF gun.
  • Drive to the packing area, print slips, seal boxes, label, and place them on the conveyor for shipment.
  • Receive inbound items and ensure pick areas are replenished.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and follow assignments.
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency in order picking and packing.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in a fast pace environment
  • RF Scanner experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed
