Location: Titusville, FL
Pay: $28/hr (Flat Rate)
Department: Operating Room
Hours: 36-40 hrs per week

Shifts:
6:30am – 5:00pm (40 hrs/week)
6:30am – 7:00pm (36 hrs/week)

Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Vocational or technical training in healthcare

Responsibilities:
- Support surgical team during procedures, maintaining sterile field and accurate instrument counts.
- Prepare OR suite and anticipate case-specific supply needs.
- Assist with room turnover, patient positioning, and transporting.
- Participate in emergency surgeries and respond promptly.
- Maintain specialty instrument sets and restock carts.
- Contribute to Quality Monitoring and Performance Improvement initiatives.
