**About the Role:**
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and motivated Paraprofessional to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana for the 2024-2025 school year. As a Paraprofessional, you will support students and assist classroom teachers to enhance the educational experience and ensure students' success in a dynamic school environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Student Support:** Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students, supporting their academic, behavioral, and social needs.
- **Classroom Assistance:** Help classroom teachers with instructional activities, classroom management, and preparation of educational materials.
- **Monitoring and Reporting:** Observe and document student progress, behavior, and development. Report any concerns or issues to the teacher or school administration.
- **Collaborative Efforts:** Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environment tailored to individual student needs.
- **Adherence to Plans:** Follow and implement educational plans and interventions as directed by teachers and educational specialists.

**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required. Relevant coursework or certifications in education or special education is a plus.
- **Experience:** Previous experience working with students, particularly in an educational or support role, is preferred.
- **Skills:** Strong munication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
