Join Our Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist Team
Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to make a difference? We are seeking a talented SLP to provide exceptional virtual speech and language services to students.

Assist diverse students in overcoming communication barriers and achieving their potential. Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication needs.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Conduct screenings to identify students needing further evaluation.
  • Train and provide resources to teachers and staff on speech and language development.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss students' progress and create comprehensive educational plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
  • Stay current with research and developments in speech-language pathology.
  • Advocate for students' communication needs to ensure appropriate services and accommodations.
  • Support communication and language development in students with diverse needs.
  • Offer support and counseling to students and families regarding speech and language disorders.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain certification and licensure.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Oregon Teaching Certification optional
  • OregonSLP license required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
    • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
