Work from Home: Washington Special Education Teacher Needed

Highlights:

  • Hourly Pay: $32 - $37 per hour, based on experience.
  • Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor.
  • Guaranteed Hours: Consistent and reliable hours to ensure stability.
  • Support: Access to a clinical team on standby for support and guidance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs in a virtual setting.
  • Deliver live and recorded instruction, tailored to each students learning style and needs.
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Stay current with best practices and developments in special education and online learning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Valid state licensure in Washington or the current state of residence (if needed).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in schools.
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital tools for virtual instruction.
