- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each task.
- Experience: Proven experience as a welder, particularly in a night shift setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and flux core welding techniques.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform precise and accurate welds.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues that arise during welding.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
