Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Position Available in Helena, AR

Job Description: We are seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Helena, AR. This essential role involves providing high-quality speech therapy services to students within a supportive educational environment. The successful candidate will diagnose and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders, contributing positively to the students' academic and social development.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional expertise and guidance.
  • Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and monitor student progress.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Arkansas.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
